Antisemitic Conspiracy Myths

AJC Berlin

The American Jewish Committee Berlin works to counter antisemitism and extremism. This project accompanied the study “Antisemitic Conspiracy Myths in Times of the Coronavirus Pandemic: The Example of QAnon,” commissioned by AJC Berlin and produced by Bundesverband RIAS, Germany’s federal umbrella organization for antisemitism research and monitoring. Published in August 2021, the study traced how antisemitic conspiracy narratives resurged during the pandemic, with 2,351 recorded antisemitic offenses marking the highest figure since data collection began in 2001, and used the QAnon movement as a case study for how such narratives spread across borders through social media.

I designed the brochure and developed a series of accompanying social media graphics for the publication.
